Daan Dijk is Senior Manager Sustainable Energy & Climate, Rabobank.
Before joining Rabobank’s in 1999, Daniel worked for almost 20 years in the energy sector as a consultant, project manager and business developer for respectively: the Centre for Energy Conservation (Delft), The Centre for Energy and Environmental Studies (Groningen University ), The Dutch Electricity Generating Board (Arnhem).
Within Rabobank Daniel presently holds the position of associate director in the Corporate Social Responsibility department where he is responsible for business development in the field of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Markets.
In addition Daniel is Director of the Rabo Sustainability Fund; Advisor for the Robeco Sustainable Private Equity Fund, Advisor for the Robeco Clean Tech Private Equity Fund, Board member of the electronic carbon trading platform New Values.
Daniel (1955) studied Chemical Physics at the University of Groningen (BSc, 1977) and Tel Aviv (MSc, 1980) and has published a.o. on Energy Conservation, Power Expansion Planning, Cogeneration, Renewable Energy Markets and Climate Change.
